SystemRescueCd

It is always important to have the appropriate tools to be able to restore our system in cases it fails or it is infected by malware. SystemRescueCd is a LiveCD that can be used to repair the system or to restore a security copy of it.

  It is a simple system that includes all kinds of tools to manage partitions, recover damaged data, move files, manage disc images of our system and to defragment storage devices.

  It is compatible with the most common file systems, including EXT2, EXT3, EXT4, REISERFS, REISER4, NTFS, VFAT, ISO9660, XFS or JFS.

  Many of the recovery operations have to be fulfilled from the command line console, because the vast majority of the tools don't have a graphic interface, thus making this program non appropriate for all those users with a low computing level, because it is probable that they won't be able to do much with it.
